I’m working on my new game, and I realize I haven’t said anything about it on Tumblr. It’s called Let’s Go Eat, and it’s a game of trying to produce the best possible dinner with a group of conflict-averse friends who are super-cagey about their desires. It’s very difficult: in test games, I frequently lose half my party, wind up eating food I don’t like, and scoring negative points anyway.
Above is some test restaurant art. I’m shooting for a release sometime in July (around the one year anniversary of Horse Master: The Game of Horse Mastery).
Try a hand at splurging yourself at TopatoCo, where you can splurge all over things like:
And a myriad of other things to splurge all over!
It’s Halloween! Do you want to see something scary? It’s easy! Just get out of bed.
HOW THE FUCK DO YOU MAKE IT WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY LOOK AT A PICTURE
Did you know?? It is the birthday of Jeffrey Rowland! Did you know?? He is a super cool dude for whom I have a ton of respect and admiration! Also, he spent all of TCAF sick in his hotel room, so I kind of feel like I owe him some kind of huge, metaphysical apology. Or maybe God does. Anyway it’s Jeffrey’s birthday and he’s a great dude so HAPPY BIRTHDAY DUDE!!

“….And quite frankly, it was his infamous t-shirt of the werewolf and the unicorn rearing up at each other with the line ‘It’s on now’ that he got at Comic-Con that made me say, ‘God damn it, we’ve got to do it, we’ve got to write that movie.”
You mean.. THIS t-shirt? The t-shirt that a certain Mr. Jeffrey Rowland designed? Are you seriously telling me that I am marrying the man that indirectly made my favorite movie of the decade happen?
It’s still four twenny on the west coast, so i’m IN THE CLEAR, whew
